Learning Objectives
Participants in this Online Learning Module will:
- Recognize the four predictable phases of the mentoring cycle.
- Learn how to prepare their mentoring relationship more effectively.
- Determine which agreements to put into place to keep their mentoring relationship on track.
- Identify ways to use mentoring time more efficiently and effectively.
- Know how to support and challenge mentees to facilitate their learning and to help mentees articulate, affirm and achieve (or make progress toward) a vision.
- Utilize a seven step model for providing mentoring feedback.
- Understand how to bring a mentoring relationship to an effective close.
