Module 2 Recap
In this module, we explored what it means to be a mentor and how mentoring differs from other types of support. We also looked at what mentoring is not, to help better define this term, and identified five critical components of a mentoring relationship.
Testing Your Knowledge
To test your knowledge of the mentoring concepts and skills presented in this module, we hope you will take the Module 2 quiz.
As you proceed to Module 3, you will learn more about the predictable phases of the mentoring cycle, provide effective feedback at several points in the process, and bring your mentoring relationship to closure.
